A few simple guidelines to make the shared journey comfortable for everyone.
1. Be on time
Please arrive 10 minutes before the confirmed departure time. Delays affect every co-passenger.
2. One medium bag per passenger
One medium bag or suitcase per passenger. Tell us about extra or oversized luggage before booking; space and additional charges are confirmed in advance.
3. No smoking, alcohol or tobacco
Smoking, drinking alcohol and consuming tobacco products are not allowed inside the shared vehicle.
4. Keep it comfortable
Keep calls brief and quiet. Use earphones for music or videos and respect the shared space.
5. AC is shared
AC is used during the ride. Temperature preferences are managed reasonably; please cooperate with fellow passengers.
6. Fixed pickup and drop points
Stops are at designated points. Request custom locations when booking; availability and additional charges must be agreed before travel.
7. Cancellation & minimum passengers
Cancellation is free at least 24 hours before confirmed departure. Within 24 hours, a partial charge may apply and is explained before booking. If minimum passengers are not met, you will be informed in advance and offered a full refund or an alternate date. Refund processing details are shared with you.
8. Your safety & contact

How many passengers travel in a Share Cab?
Typically 3–6 passengers, depending on the confirmed vehicle category and permitted seating. Every traveller gets a proper seat; passengers are never carried beyond permitted capacity.
What if not enough passengers book?
Cancellation is free at least 24 hours before confirmed departure. Within 24 hours, a partial charge may apply and is explained before booking. If minimum passengers are not met, you will be informed in advance and offered a full refund or an alternate date. Refund processing details are shared with you.
Can I book multiple seats for my family?
Yes, request one or more seats. If your group fills the vehicle, Shubham will confirm the arrangement, total fare and whether it will be exclusive to your group before booking.
Is the per-seat fare fixed?
The route’s per-seat fare is communicated before booking. Tolls are split equally among passengers. Custom stops, luggage or waiting charges, if applicable, are explained upfront.
Can I request another pickup location?
Request custom pickup or drop when booking. It depends on route feasibility and may involve an additional charge agreed in advance.
How do I know who I’m sharing with?
Surbhi Tour manages traveller matching, so you do not need to contact co-passengers. Driver and vehicle details are shared on the travel day; Shubham coordinates the arrangement.
Is Share Cab available daily?
Departures currently depend on demand and confirmed passengers. Fixed daily schedules may be introduced as demand grows; an enquiry does not guarantee a departure.
What if I have extra luggage?
Tell us before booking. Depending on space, we explain any extra charges or suggest a private booking if a shared ride is unsuitable.
