Please read this information before sharing an enquiry or confirming travel.
Our coordination role
Surbhi Tour coordinates your booking. Partner operators provide the vehicles and drivers.
Availability and vehicle details
Share your pickup and destination. We check route and vehicle availability with partner operators before confirming your journey. The actual model, permitted passenger capacity, AC availability and luggage space are confirmed for each trip. Preferences are requests until agreed.
Quotations and trip scope
Review the route, dates, timing, stops, vehicle category, inclusions and exclusions. The quotation should identify any separate tolls, parking, state taxes, driver allowance, waiting, extra-distance, extra-stop or night charges. Hotels, flights, meals, tickets and guides are not included unless confirmed in writing.
Booking confirmation and payment
Sending an enquiry does not confirm a booking. After availability is checked, review and agree to the quotation and applicable terms, complete the required confirmation steps and obtain written booking confirmation. Advance and balance payment requirements are provided for your trip; no universal amount or payment method is stated here.
Changes, cancellations and support
Contact Shubham promptly for changes or cancellation. Revised arrangements and charges depend on availability and applicable trip terms. If the assigned vehicle is delayed or unavailable, call +91 9509393566 so Shubham can coordinate with the partner operator and discuss available options. No replacement time is guaranteed here.
