A few hours, a full day or several days—take the wheel and travel on your schedule. Surbhi Tour arranges clean AC self-drive vehicles through partner operators, with Shubham personally coordinating your enquiry.
Self-drive means you drive the vehicle; a driver is not included. Vehicle availability, renter eligibility and rental terms are confirmed with the partner operator before booking.

Hourly Rental
Minimum 4 hours. Self-drive for appointments, shopping, meetings and local errands. Available vehicle categories and rental conditions are confirmed with your quotation.
Eight-Hour Rental · 80 km
An eight-hour / 80 km package—not a 24-hour rental. Drive yourself for sightseeing, meetings or a short day trip. Confirm collection and return times, fuel policy and extra-hour or extra-kilometre charges before booking.
Multi-Day Rental
Two days, a week or longer: discuss self-drive rental for your stay, family plans or business visit. Confirm the return date, permitted travel area, kilometre allowance and fuel policy before booking.
Airport & Station — Vehicle Collection
Request vehicle collection and return arrangements near your arrival point. Handover location, timing, availability and any delivery or collection charges are confirmed individually.
Vehicle options for rental
Sedan / smaller private vehicle
A clean AC self-drive category for individuals, couples and small families. The actual model, total seats including the person driving, and luggage space are confirmed before booking.
SUV / MPV
A more spacious self-drive category for family plans. Availability, permitted seating and luggage suitability depend on the actual vehicle arranged.
Premium vehicle
Request a premium self-drive category for additional comfort. The model and eligibility requirements are checked with the partner operator before confirmation.
Larger vehicle requirements
Travelling with a larger group? Share the number of people. Shubham checks whether a suitable self-drive option is available and what licence or eligibility requirements apply.

Review the quotation and rental agreement before confirming. Fuel inclusion, security deposit, charges and return conditions are specified for your booking; no driver allowance is applicable to this self-drive service.

Rental questions, answered.
What is the minimum rental duration?
Hourly rental has a 4-hour minimum. The eight-hour package includes up to 80 km; it is not a 24-hour rental. Your quotation states the collection and return times and applicable extra-hour or extra-distance rates.
Can I extend the rental?
Inform Shubham when you need more time. Extensions are coordinated with the partner operator; extra hours and kilometres use the pre-agreed rates and any revised arrangements are confirmed with you.
Is this a self-drive rental?
Yes. You drive the vehicle yourself; a driver is not included. The partner operator confirms licence, identity, eligibility and any deposit requirements before booking. Do not send identity documents through the initial enquiry form.
Can rentals include outstation travel?
Tell Shubham your intended journey. Outstation use and permitted travel areas depend on the partner operator’s self-drive terms and must be agreed before collection.
What if I need to cancel?
For Self-Drive Rental bookings, cancellation is free at least 24 hours before the confirmed vehicle collection time. Within 24 hours, a cancellation fee may apply; the applicable fee is shared before booking confirmation. Any applicable deductions and estimated refund timeline are explained according to your booking terms. Contact Shubham and obtain acknowledgement of your cancellation request.
Do you arrange rentals for weddings?
Yes. You can enquire about self-drive vehicles for eligible wedding guests. Shubham coordinates availability and collection/return details with partner operators; a driver is not part of this rental.
