Information you enter
The forms ask for your service, pickup, destination and travel date. Detailed forms may also ask for your name, contact number, time, passenger count, return date, preferred vehicle category, itinerary and requests. Please share only information needed for the journey.
WhatsApp handoff
Submitting a form prepares an encoded enquiry and opens WhatsApp for you to review and send. The website does not automatically send a message. WhatsApp is a third-party service governed by its own privacy terms. Opening it shares the prepared enquiry with that service; sending it shares the message with Surbhi Tour.
Website storage and services
The website has no enquiry database or third-party form submission service. Form entries stay in the page while you prepare your enquiry; the site does not save them between visits. A language preference is stored in your browser’s local storage. No analytics scripts, advertising trackers or site-set cookies are included in this build. Hosting infrastructure may process technical access logs; this is separate from form storage.
Messages received by the business
Messages you send through WhatsApp or email can be retained by those services and by the business. Shubham uses enquiry details to respond, prepare quotations and coordinate agreed travel, sharing relevant journey details with partner operators when needed. Avoid sending identity documents or sensitive information through the initial form.
Your questions and requests

Some information may need to be retained for travel or applicable record-keeping requirements. Instagram and other external contact links take you to services with their own privacy practices.
