Before confirming

Requesting a change or cancellation

Refund eligibility and progress
Any refund eligibility, deductions, processing method and expected timing are assessed under the terms agreed for your trip. Ask Shubham for the applicable details and progress. Any applicable deductions and estimated refund timeline will be explained according to your booking terms.
Travel disruption
If the assigned vehicle is delayed or unavailable, call Shubham so he can coordinate with the partner operator. Available options and any applicable cancellation or refund conditions will be discussed for the specific situation.
